Russian Gulch State Park: Features the Devil’s Punch Bowl (a large, collapsed sea cave with churning water) on the coast and a 36-foot high waterfall inland. Stunning hiking/biking trails.

Mendocino Headlands State Park: Features trails along the rugged cliffs surrounding the town of Mendocino and along Big River.
