Join JDSF Biologist Robert B. Douglas, in partnership with UC Cooperative Extension and Jug Handle Creek Nature Center, to explore the unique plants, insects, and natural history of an ancient bog on the Mendocino coast.

Participants of all ages are welcomed. This hike is relatively flat with some uneven terrain. Dressing in layers, wearing sturdy shoes, and bringing water and a snack is recommended!
